How the Exchange Process Works

1️⃣ Contact Us

Email hello@bobochi.in within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Required size or color (if applicable)

2️⃣ Return the Item

Send the unused product in:

  • Original packaging

  • With tags intact

  • Along with the purchase receipt

3️⃣ Get Your Replacement

After inspection and approval, we will:

  • Dispatch the replacement item, or

  • Offer an alternative solution (store credit or similar product)


Exchange Policy Details

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. Timeframe for Exchange Requests

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • 🎁 Gift Cards

  • 🏷️ Final Sale items

  • ✨ Personalized or customized products


4. How to Request an Exchange

Please email hello@bobochi.in with:

  • Order number

  • Item to be exchanged

  • Preferred replacement (size/color)

  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


5. Exchange Approval & Dispatch

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt

  • You will be notified once approved

  • Replacement dispatch depends on stock availability and logistics timelines


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless:

    • The item received was incorrect or defective

  • Any applicable charges will be communicated clearly before processing


7. Replacement Options

  • Size or color exchanges (subject to availability)

  • If unavailable, we may offer:

    • Store credit

    • Alternative product of similar value
